SECTION 1 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For consumers:
Customers that are consumers have the right to cancel purchases on ZnikiZ.com for 14 days. A customer's right to cancel his order expires 14 days after the day he recieves his order.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

In an unequivocal statement the customer must inform ZnikiZ.com of his decision to withdraw
from the purchase before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The customer must use the standard withdrawal form attached in the orderconfirmation e-mail
and send back the order to ZnikiZ ApS no later than 14 days from his message to withdraw.
The customer bears all costs involved with returning the order.
ZnikiZ.com reimburses the payment within 14 days of the customer’s decision to withdraw.

If the purchased goods have been used, the customer is liable for the diminished value. In such case
the customer will receive back only a portion of his payment equal to the diminished
trade value of the returned goods.
Regardless of the above, the customer has no right to withdraw from purchases of goods that
are made to the costumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

For non-consumers:
Customers that are not consumers have no right to cancel purchases.

SECTION 1 - COMPLAINTS AND CONFORMITY OF GOODS

In case of complaints about defects or faulty goods, the customer is urged to initially contact
ZnikiZ ApS. ZnikiZ ApS will handle and respond to reasonable complaints.

Consumers may be entitled to file complaints to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board
(Forbrugerklagenævnet).
According to Danish law – Købeloven – all purchases are subject to a legal guarantee of
conformity for goods.
